Designers from The Saint Louis Fashion Fund were on the scene last week for New York Fashion Week. Fashion Photographer Nathan Parker, whose popularity in St. Louis and beyond grew after being recognized by Express, captured some of the best looks from just outside the runways on the streets of Manhattan.
