A Modern Day Cinderella Ball

Saint Louis Ballet’s spring gala this year was a modern Cinderella Ball, held in April at the Coronado. The sold-out event featured a cocktail hour with live jazz, footman checking if guests fit in the “missing glass slipper ” a performance from Cinderella by Saint Louis Ballet, dinner, a vibrant live auction and dancing until the stroke of midnight. 

Co-chairs and board members included Jennifer Cunnane, Laurie Lock, Sharon Leve, Ken Stückenschneider and Patricia Whiteside. Saint Louis Ballet is the only professional resident ballet company in the area. The organization employs and supports artists and dancers by producing both classical and contemporary productions staged for enrichment and enjoyment of the St. Louis community. Proceeds from the Cinderella Ball will be used to support operations of Saint Louis Ballet Company (a non-for-profit organization) including mainstage productions, GO series, the education program Pointe to Succeed and more.
