NYE Orders Still Available

It’s not too late to order something special for tonight or even to celebrate the day off tomorrow- Ben Grupe and the team at Tempus added some additional special menu items to the regular Tempus menu for New Year’s Eve, all inspired by Grupe's classic background featuring traditional fare. In typical Tempus fashion, they have been very thoughtful about packaging, presentation, etc. and all of these items are curated specifically for to-go and traveling. There are also two breakfast items for New Year’s Day (to be picked up on NYE).

You can still order online on the Tempus website, and there are a few options for kids. Here is a menu sampling:

New Year’s Eve:

Petrosian Royal Ossetra Caviar, potatoe panisse, crème fraiche, chives, pickled onions 

Burger, preserved Périgord truffles, crème de fromage, seared foie gras, maitake mushrooms

Potato Gnocchi, maitake mushrooms, celery root, lemon and finished with preserved Périgord truffles

Tenderloin beef wellington, mushroom farce, spinach crepe, puffy pastry, truffle-madeira jus, glazed carrots, pomme purree

For New Year’s Day (pickup NYE) each serves two:

Biscuits & Gravy, buttermilk biscuit, country pork, gravy

Coffee Cake, cinnamon, walnut, brown sugar (vegan, *contains honey) 

Beverage: Gin Punch, Hendricks, Oleo-saccharum, Crema Earl Grey, Lemon – 750 ml
