Popular Wedding Venues Reopen

Popular Wedding Venues Reopen

Nuptials may be on hold for now, or are being planned as significantly smaller events, but for those ready to say “I-do” in front of a somewhat larger crowd, two historic venues have reopened. Butler’s Pantry, St. Louis’ leading caterer for more than 50 years, announced Palladium Saint Louis and The Coronado are once again open. Safety remains the number one priority of course; both Palladium Saint Louis and The Coronado have stringent procedures in place for all staff, clients and guests, to ensure premium events with health and safety at the forefront.

Palladium Saint Louis

Palladium Saint Louis is a state-of-the-art facility, hosting weddings, galas, and iconic events such as St. Louis’ Major League Soccer announcement and DADA Ball & Bash covered by Vogue. As the venue enters phase 1 of its reopening process, it will operate at 25% capacity, leaving room for 175 guests to enjoy events safely and responsibly.

The Coronado

The epitome of opulence, The Coronado once hosted such important figures as Franklin D. Roosevelt, Charles Lindbergh and Harry S. Truman. Today, it’s one of the region’s most historic venues - bright, elegant, grand and extraordinary – a true gem in the St. Louis event scene. During phase 1 of its reopening process, The Coronado will operate at 25% capacity, leaving room for 225 guests while maintaining physical distancing.

“There is nothing more important to us than the safety of all who walk through our doors, whether they are staff, vendors, clients, guests, etc., we are ready to welcome them back to our venues,” said Richard Nix Jr., President of Butler’s Pantry. “The plans we have put in place have been approved by the city and were crafted with CDC and public health professional guidelines in mind. We are prepared to accommodate all requests. We have the space. We have the food. We have the design. Now, all we need is you!”

Once the doors to the venues reopen, guests can expect a multitude of health and safety protocols including: requiring all guests and staff to wear face coverings during an event except when consuming food and beverages; placing signage throughout the venues indicating safety procedures; mandating all guests fill out a Health Screening form before attending an event, marking areas for physical distancing. For a full list of procedures, guests are encouraged to visit www.butlerspantry.com

As part of the approval for phase 1 of reopening, any amendments to the guidance and protocols for venue capacity issued by the City of St. Louis will be followed.
