May 11 PALM Health Celebrates 5 Years

PALM Health is celebrating its 5th anniversary this month. The health and wellness facility opened its doors five years ago, and since then has grown into an incredible community offering medical services, a full spa menu, fitness training and classes, a full service cafe and so much more. Last week, PALM celebrated in style with a week-long series of events such as an outdoor box and flow event, Cinco de Cryo (cryotherapy sessions on Cinco de Mayo), lifestyle classes and an outdoors birthday party!
