Tidy Up Like a Pro

The Netflix series “Tidying Up with Marie Kondo” was sparking joy in decluttering and organizing homes across the world long before the global pandemic hit. Among Kondo’s most popular tips- making sure everything has a space, getting rid of papers, using vertical space, and keeping only items that spark joy. Many of us were praying for a Marie Kondo to come into our homes, just like she does on the series, and teach us how to let go of clutter and tidy up what remains.

For those who got into the habit of organizing AND staying organized, a unique opportunity has come out of the possibilities created in light of COVID-19. In the past, one could register for a seminar, travel to the course and eventually become a certified Marie Kondo consultant; there is only one in St. Louis. But now, the seminars are being offered virtually, and the need to travel to participate in the training is no longer required.

Two September Virtual Consultant Certification Courses are now open for registration. These courses will feature the same lessons and skills as in-person courses – but from the convenience of your own home. There will be a mix of live online lectures, group discussions, workshops and Q&A sessions, ensuring that attendees are prepared for the next step of the certification process. Space is limited and the registration deadline is August 10, 2020. The courses are Monday, September 14 – Wednesday, September 16, 2020 or Monday, September 21 – Wednesday, September 23, 2020.
